How will I know at what time to book?
Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm and we will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
Do We have to provide the cleaning supplies?
We do not provide any cleaning supplies, Probably this is what you need to have before the cleaning lady arrive at your home. Microfiber cloths, Toilet brush, Scrub brush, Spray bottle, Rubber gloves, Old toothbrush, Dry-cleaning sponge, Squeegee, Broom, Sponge mop, Disinfecting wipes, Mild abrasive, Dust mop, Extendable duster, White vinegar, Dishwashing liquid, Vacuum, All-purpose cleaner, Baking soda, Supply caddy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
Most of our clients prefer using Paypal to protect their credit card information.
No need to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card online.
Do I have to contact you every time?
After you set up recurring service, we'll be there like clockwork on the date and time you choose. We will send a reminder email or text message the day before so you can expect us.
How long will my cleaning take?
We usually estimate 1 hour per room, but we do not specify a length of cleaning. We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason. For special cases or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate and price for fairness.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
No, just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, at the front desk, what ever is most convenient for you!
What is the move in move out cleaning?
Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. Itís a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, fixtures, inside the fridge, all baseboards, etc. We charge extra for this and you will find that an additional cost for move in/move out cleaning is standard across the industry.
How many cleaner do you send?
We assign 1 cleaner to most bookings. If we feel it is necessary to have more cleaners, we will let you know.
What does it cost to clean my home?
We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. For most standard sized home cleanings, please see our price rates here:

What areas do you offer your cleaning services?
North Jersey and NYC is our area, or 10 miles away from zip code 07086. We also can go further but transportation fees per person may apply.
What if I need to clean my summer house in Long Island?
We can always help you to clean your summer house. But you need to provide the transportation for both way.

This is a decision that you are going to make personally, so, you can either decide to tip them or not. Tipping house cleaners will show that you appreciate what they have done for you.
